摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司1.8 Mt/a加氢裂化装置在运行过程中生成的副产物氯化铵盐与硫氢化氨盐,在热高分气相高压换热器及高压空冷器结晶析出,堵塞设备管束使系统压力降上升,致使循环氢量下降,能耗增加,需注水溶解铵盐。因为高压空冷器注水器堵塞,不能正常注水,通过增加高压空冷器前一个高压换热器注水点的注水量,所注的水随工艺介质进入高压空冷器对溶解铵盐起到了很好的效果。高压换热器E6103运行温度195~220℃接近氯化铵结晶温度180~200℃,仍存在少量氯化铵结晶,加之原料蜡油中氯离子超标,造成E6103结晶量增加,设计的间断注水不能满足要求,连续少量注水可冲洗掉氯化铵结晶。采用上述措施后,加氢裂化装置可降低能耗51.96 MJ/t,创经济效益325.9万元/a。In the operation of the 1. 8 MM TPY hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Wuhan Company,the by-product ammonia salt and ammonia sulfohydrate are crystallized in the high-pressure heat exchanger and high-pressure air cooler of the high-temperature HP separator,which block the tubes of equipment,resulting in increasing pressure drop,reduction of recycle hydrogen and increasing of energy consumption. Water injection is required to dissolve the ammonia salt. As the water injector of the HP air cooler is blocked,no water can be injected. The water is injected at a water injection point of HP heat exchanger upstream of the air cooler,which plays an important role in dissolving the ammonia salts. The HP heat exchanger E6103 is operated at a temperature of 195 ~ 220 ℃ which is close to crystallization temperature( 195 ~ 200 ℃) of ammonia.There is crystallization of a small amount of ammonia salt. The chlorine ions in the feedstock exceed the required specifications which leads to the increased crystallization in E6103. In addition,the intermittent water injection can not meet the requirement,and continuous injection of small amount of water is required. After taking of these measures,the energy consumption of the hydrocracking unit is reduced by 51. 96 MJ / t,and annual economic benefit is 3. 259 million Yuan( RMB).
