摘 要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司石油化工研究院通过载体材料筛选、第IVB族元素改性制备了催化剂载体,通过孔结构、IR-吡啶吸附等手段对载体进行了表征,筛选出孔结构适合焦化汽油加氢的催化剂载体,第IVB族元素改性的载体,弱化了载体的L酸,适当增加了B酸;采用改性后载体制备了三种Co-Mo-Ni型焦化汽油加氢催化剂,以硫质量分数为15 320μg/g的Merry16焦化汽油为原料,对三种催化剂进行了对比评价,加氢产品硫、氮质量分数均小于0.5μg/g,满足重整进料要求。加氢产品在精制程度相当的情况下,2号改性催化剂反应温度较其他两种催化剂反应温度低10℃。The catalyst carrier was prepared through the carrier material screening and Group IVB element modification. The catalyst carrier was characterized by pore structure,IR-pyridine adsorption,etc. And the better carrier was selected for coker gasoline hydrotreating catalyst. In the carrier modified by IVB element,the L acid was weakened and B acid was increased. Three species of Co-Mo-Ni type coker gasoline hydrogenation catalysts were prepared by using the modified carrier. Three catalysts were evaluated with Merry16 coker gasoline with 15 320 μg / g sulfur. Both sulfur and nitrogen content of hydrotreated product is less than0. 5 μg / g,meeting reformer feed requirements. At the similar hydrotreating severity,the reaction temperature of 2#catalyst is 10 ℃ lower than that of other two catalysts.
