摘　　要：本文分析了108-4矿体的赋存条件,通过两种采矿方案的工程布置、经济、技术、安全等指标的对比能得出阶段矿法的可行性、生产实践表明平行薄矿脉采用阶段矿房法采矿生产能力高、作业安全、经济效益高、能够回收较低品位的矿石延长矿山寿命,可以在类似矿山中推广应用。This paper analyzed the occurrence condition of 108-4 ore body,through the two mining project layout,econo my,technology,security and other indicators of comparative stage mining method can get the feasibility,practice shows that the parallel thin vein stage stope mining high production capacity,operational safety,high economic benefits,can lower recovery the ore grade of extending the service life of the mine can be applied in the similar mine.
