摘　　要：当前L18螺纹钢在钢铁行业中越来越重要,为此本文将重点研究L18三切分轧制工艺对应的优化流程。本文首先将指出L18螺纹钢在二切分轧制中存在的问题,随后介绍L18螺纹钢三切分工艺设计,最后针对轧制程序展开优化,并提出具体优化效果。望本文研究内容能够帮助大量钢铁行业完善相关工作流程,制造得到更多合格产品。The current L18 rebar is becoming more and more important in the iron and steel industry,Therefore,this paper will focus on the optimization process of L18 three slitting rolling technology.This paper points out the problems existing in L18 two steel rolling,Subsequently,the three cutting process design of L18 thread steel is introduced.Hope this study can help a large number of steel industry to improve the relevant work processes, manufacturing more qualified products.
