摘　　要：目的探究优质护理干预对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管肿瘤患者的影响。方法 84例经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管肿瘤患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组行常规肿瘤护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施优质护理。对比两组并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率14.29%低于对照组35.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度95.24%高于对照组78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管肿瘤患者实施优质护理干预,能有效降低并发症的发生率,提高患者治疗依从性,值得在临床实践中推广及使用。Objective To explore and research influence of high quality nursing intervention on tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）. Methods A total of 84 tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter as observation subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional tumor nursing, and the observation group also received high quality nurisng. Comparison were made on occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 14.29% than 35.71% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction as 95.24% than 78.57% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter can effectively decreasing incidence of complications and increase treatment compliance, and this method is worth promotion and application in clinical practice.
