综合护理干预对血液透析颈静脉置管感染的影响

摘　　要：目的分析血液透析颈静脉置管感染的常见原因及护理措施。方法 30例颈静脉置管患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,各15例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者颈静脉置管的感染发生率。结果护理后,干预组患者的导管感染率为7%,低于对照组的40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合干预方法能够减少颈静脉置管感染等并发症的发生,有效的延长了颈静脉置管的时间,提高了患者的生存质量。Objective To analyze common causes and nursing measures of jugular vein catheter infection in hemodialysis. Methods A total of 30 patients with jugular vein catheter were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the intervention group also received additional comprehensive nursing intervention. Incidence of jugular vein catheter infection was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the intervention group had catheter infection rate as 7%, which was lower than 40% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce complications of jugular vein catheter infection. This method effectively prolongs jugular vein catheter duration and improves quality of life in patients.
