摘　　要：将粮食最低收购价格政策实施前后作为两个条件处理,采用方差分析的统计方法研究政策实施效果。由于不同省份与不同品种之间可能存在差异,故分省份分品种进行方差分析,从而得出结论:品种之间政策效果差异不显著;小麦执行省份较非执行省份而言效果显著;稻谷执行省份之间政策效果存在差异。The effects of crop＇s minimum purchase price policy are studied with the statistic method of vari-ance analysis under two conditions, namely before and after policy implementation. With a view to possible differences among different provinces and different regions, variance analysis is carried out in terms of prov-ince and breed, and conclusions are made as follows： policy effects vary insignificantly among different breeds;the effect is more remarkable in provinces where sheat policies were implemented than in those where rice policies were implemented.
