臀肌挛缩症功能量化评分表的信效度检验

摘　　要：[目的]检验臀肌挛缩症功能量化评分表的信度和效度。[方法]2016年1月~2017年1月,对113例臀肌挛缩症患者应用臀肌挛缩症功能量化评分表进行功能评估,分为2次评估,时间间隔1周以上,所有患者同时填写简明健康状况调查表SF-36(SF-36 Health Survey)和Nottingham健康问卷NHP(Nottingham Health Profile)。利用Cranach'sα系数进行该量表的内部一致性信度检验,组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)评价重测信度,主成分分析法因子分析进行结构效度检验,Spearman相关系数评估效标效度。[结果]臀肌挛缩症功能量化评分表Cranach'sα系数为0.924,显示评分表内部一致性信度好。量表两次调查结果得分ICC值为0.905,显示评分表重测信度良好。因子分析结果显示评分表提取出的因子成分为4,表明设计合理,量表具有极高的结构效度。评分表与SF-36得分显著相关,Spearman相关系数为0.402(P<0.05);评分表和NHP显著相关,Spearman相关系数为-0.371(P<0.05),说明评分表得分越高,患者生活质量越好。[结论]臀肌挛缩症功能量化评分表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于臀肌挛缩症病情的评估。[Objective] To verify the reliability and validity of the gluteal muscle contracture disability scale （GDS） . [Method] A total of 113 patients with gluteal muscle contracture form January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were tested with the GDS, which was repeated more than 1 week later. All the patients were also measured through SF-36 Health Survey （SF-36） and Nottingham Health Profile （NHP） . The internal consistency, test-retest reliability, construct validity and criterion validity were evaluated by Cranach＇s α coefficient, Intraclass correlation coefficient （ICC）, factor analysis and Spearman correlation coefficients, respectively. [Results] The Cranach＇s ct of GDS proved 0.924, showing a high level of internal consistency, additionally ICC of the total-scale was noted as 0.905, presenting a high level of test-retest reliability. Factor analysis indicated there were 4 components in the scale including daily activities, hip disability, sports activities and appearance. Significant correlation existed between this scale and the other two scales, SF-36 （r=0.402, P〈 0.05 ） and NHP （r=-0.371, P〈0.05 ） . [Conclusion] Gluteal muscle contracture disability scale showed excellent reliability and validity, which is an useful tool in evaluating the patients with gluteal muscle contracture.
