摘　　要：跟行足是指足的跖屈力量减弱或消失,导致足部负重区域改变为跟骨一点负重。它的早期诊断与治疗,对改善患者行走步态、功能和生活质量有重要意义。但近年对于跟行足的畸形矫正和动力性功能重建的研究与相关报道相对较少。本文对跟行足的病因、临床表现、影像学特点、分类以及手术方式等进行总结,希望对跟行足的临床诊断及治疗提供参考。Talipes calcaneus is caused by weakening or losing plantar flexion strength, in which the weight-bearing area of foot is changed to one point of the calcaneus. Early diagnosis and treatment is very important to improve patients ＇ gait, weight-bearing function, and quality of life. However, there are only few studies and reports on the correction of calcaneus deformity and the functional reconstruction. This paper summarizes the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, imaging features, classification, and surgical procedures of calcaneus deformity.
