FRBR化的应用现状及编目环节的应对策略

摘　　要：以贯彻FRBR理念为主旨的FRBR化应用实践活动在国际图书馆界已经取得不少成果。但FRBR化应用项目的开展也面临着诸多问题和挑战。通过对不同国家FRBR化的应用现状和问题分析发现,该项实践在作品与内容表达识别、关系揭示和呈现、书目数据结构化和规范化方面仍存在问题。针对这些问题,在编目环节提出旨在推进FRBR化的如下应对策略:第一,基于关联理念进行编目;第二,在记录中适当体现作品和内容表达的分层;第三,重视规范文档的建立;第四,建立可用于计算机提取的实体关系。FRBRization based on the core concept of FRBR has made many achievements in the library circle. But the launch of FRBRization application projects is confronted with problems and challenges. The main problems are reflected in the following aspects： identifying works and expressions, revealing of relationship, as well as structure and authority of bibliography data. The following strategies are proposed to be included in the cataloguing process： firstly, the cataloguing should be based not only on sufficiency principle but also on relationships principle; secondly, the entity hierarchy of work and expression should be embodied properly in bibliographic and authority records; thirdly, establishment of authority files should be given more attention; and fourthly, the entity relationships which can be extracted by computer should be built.
