摘　　要：Compact Logix PLC是罗克韦尔公司推出的一款模块化、多功能Logix系列产品,可取代现普遍应用的传统PLC和多回路控制器,并可通过网络集成伺服控制,实现真正意义上的一体化控制。本文以酒钢400万吨选矿总砂泵站自动化系统建设为背景,详细介绍了基于Compact Logix系列产品实现总砂泵站自动化系统建设的过程,包括系统软硬件选型、定制安装、系统配电、网络搭建、编程调试等过程阶段。CompactLogix PLC is a modular, muhi-functional Logix series of products launched by Rockwell, it can replace the traditional PLC and multi loop controller which are widely used now, and can be integrated servo control through the network, realizes the integrated control in the true sense. In this paper, the construction of the automatic system of the 4 million ton ore dressing total sand pumping station is as the background, introduces the process of the construction of the automatic system of the total sand pumping station based on the CompactLogix series products, including system hardware and software selection, custom installation, Power distribution, network construction, programming, debugging and other stages of the process.
