摘　　要：电子文档是企业重要的信息载体,随着企业的发展,电子文档也在日益增多,普通的文件系统和传统的人工维护已不能实现有效的文档管理。本文基于某供电局对内部文档管理的需求,采用轻量级J2EE架构技术构建了一个企业文档管理系统。通过对轻量级J2EE架构技术的研究和文档管理模式的比对分析,本文首先对系统架构和功能架构进行了总体设计,然后重点对功能架构中的6个功能模块进行了详细设计,最后描述了系统部分类的实现内容。本文实现的企业文档管理系统已上线运行,效果良好。Electronic document is an important information carrier of enterprises. With the development of enterprises, the e- lectronic documents are also increasing. The common file system and the traditional manual maintenance already can not achieve effective document management. Based on the demand of the internal document management of the power supply bureau, an enterprise document management system is constructed via the lightweight J2EE architecture technology in this paper. Through the research of the lightweight J2EE architecture technology and the comparison of the document management modes, the overall design of the system architecture and the functional architecture is performed firstly. And then the six functional modules of the functional architecture are designed in detail. At last, the realization of some classes of the system is described. The enterprise document management system realized in this paper has been running on the line and achieved good results.
