摘  要:由于激光光斑本身不易捕捉及激光束易受到大气介质干扰而发生后向散射,降低了激光光斑清晰度,导致传统方法的激光光斑位置测量精度低,提出基于统计概率算法的热物理激光光斑位置精确测量方法。首先计算和调整激光束方位角和仰俯角,确定热物理激光光斑的位置;然后采用异步距离控制方法来排除大气介质对激光光斑的干扰、降低激光束的后向散射程度;最后采用统计概率算法计算测量误差的均值和方差,对热物理激光光斑进行去偏差处理。试验结果表明该方法能够更有效地测量热物理激光光斑位置及其变化情况,在误差率控制方面同样具有优势。Due to the laser spot is not easy to capture and laser beam susceptible to atmospheric interference from the medium and after scattering, reducing the clarity of the laser spot, leading to reduce the accuracy of the measurement. Based on statistical probability algorithm of thermal physics of laser spot position accurate measurement method, calculation and adjustment of laser beam azimuth angle and pitching angle determined thermal physics of the laser spot position ; the asynchronous distance control method to exclude the interference of atmospheric medium of laser spot, reducing the laser beam scattering degree; the statistical probability algorithm for the computation of the mean and the variance of the measurement error, the laser spot size of thermal physics is to deal with deviations. Simulation experiments show that the proposed method can effectively measure the position and the change of the thermal physical laser spot, and also has the advantage in error rate control.
