摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析现代穴位敷贴治疗心绞痛的临床选穴规律。方法:在收集穴位敷贴治疗心绞痛的现代文献基础上,建立穴位敷贴处方数据库,采用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则方法,分析腧穴的选用规律。结果:共纳入心绞痛穴位敷贴处方128条,其中膻中使用频次最高,其次为心俞、内关,最常用的腧穴配伍为心俞与膻中,经络分布以任脉、膀胱经和心包经居多,腧穴分布以胸腹部、背部居多,选穴重视特定穴。结论:穴位敷贴治疗心绞痛临床选穴符合病因病机特点,故应重视局部取穴、前后配穴,特定穴是处方中的重要组成部分。Objective： Using data mining technology to analyze the principles of aeupoint selection in the treatment of angina pectoris with acupoint application in modern times. Methods： On the basis of the collection of the modern literature about the treatment of angina pectoris with acupoint application, the database of acupoint application prescription was established. The relevance rule method in the data mining technology was mainly adopted to analyze the rules of acupoint selection. Results： Totally 128 pieces of prescription of acupoint application were collected, Danzhong point was used most, followed by Heart-Shu and Neiguan; the combination of Heart-Shu and Danzhong was most commonly used; The selections of meridians mainly were ren meridian, bladder meridian and pericardium meridian; Acupoints were distributed mainly on the chest and abdomen, backside; The specific acupoints were emphasized in the acupoint selection and the back-shu acupoint was mostly used. Conclusion： In the treatment of angina pectoris with acupoint application, the principles of acupoint selection accord with the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis ; the local point selection and the combination of front and back acupoints were emphasized; the specific acupoints play an essential role in prescription.
