创业拼凑研究综述与未来展望

摘　　要：创业拼凑是创业研究领域的一项重要的基础性理论突破,对于各类企业突破资源约束并实施创新有重要启发,是整合"机会是被发现还是被创造"等理论分野的重要视角。然而,既有创业拼凑相关研究主题零散、结论不一,创业拼凑理论探索仍处于理论发展的早期阶段。对191篇相关文献进行了归纳和提炼,并提出未来潜在的研究方向,主要包括:1明确界定"手头资源"的定义;2阐明创业拼凑的内涵和机理;3拓展创业拼凑的研究情境;4检验网络、制度、先前经验等要素对创业拼凑的影响;5构建创业拼凑效果的相机理论。As a fundamental theoretical breakthrough of entrepreneurship research, entrepreneurial bricolage does not only enlighten how all kinds of enterprises overcome resource constraints and implement innovation, but also serve as an integrating theory to combine two conflicting central propositions about the emergence of opportunities： discovered or created. However, theorizing on bricolage is still in its infancy and fragmented in various topics and mixed conclusions. Thus, we search and summarize 191 literatures, offering a literature review that gives a clearer understanding of antecedents and outcomes of entrepreneurial bricolage and research contexts, then set a research agenda and priorities for future studies： （1）clarifying the definition and boundary of resources at hand; （2）elucidating the content and mechanism concerning what is entrepreneurial bricolage and how it happens and evolves; （3）extending the research contexts of bricolage;（4）examining the effect of network, institution and prior experience on bricolage; （5）building contingency models of entrepreneurial bricolage-performance relationship instead of examining causality.
