摘 要:从产品技术难点、钢种成分设计、生产工艺、热处理工艺等方面,介绍了PSL2 X65QO/X65QS海洋抗腐蚀管线用无缝钢管的生产情况,并统计分析其力学性能、管端内径不圆度等;依据相关标准进行HIC和SSC腐蚀试验及焊接工艺评定试验。结果表明:PSL2 X65QO/X65QS海洋抗腐蚀管线用无缝钢管具有强度波动变化小、均匀延伸率大、低温冲击韧性高、硬度低,且可焊性好、抗HIC和SSC性能优异等特点,满足用户要求。Described here in the essay are the production of the PSL2 X65QO/X65QS seamless steel pipe for service of submarine anti-corrosion pipeline, involving such aspects as product technical difficulties, design of the steel type chemical composition, manufacturing process, and heat treatment process etc. And statistically analyzed are the mechanical properties and the end inner roundness of the said pipe. Moreover HIC test, SSC test and test for welding process evaluation are also conducted to the pipe, as per applicable specifications. The test results demonstrate that the PSL2 X65QO/X65QS seamless steel pipe for service of submarine anti-corrosion pipeline is in possesion of such excellent mechanical properties as slightly-fluctuated strength, high uniform elongation, low impact toughness and low hardness, good weldability and remarkable HIC and SSC resistance, having been satisfactory to relevant customer requirements.
