摘 要:为了探讨基于介电特性的草莓品质预测的可行性,利用LCR平行板测试仪测试分析了630.96 k Hz(10^(5.85) Hz),707.95 k Hz(10^(5.90) Hz),891.25 k Hz(10^(5.95) Hz)和1000 k Hz(10~6 Hz)4个较佳测试频率下的?'动态变化规律;研究了贮藏过程中草莓呼吸强度、可溶性固形物和失重率的变化规律;建立了品质指与?之间的二次拟合关系;并运用支持向量机(SVM)法建立了品质指标预测模型。研究结果表明,4个较佳测试频率下的?'与草莓品质指标间有较强的相关性。草莓呼吸强度、可溶性固形物、失重率的SVM模型决定系数R^2分别为0.943、0.924和0.807;验证模型的R2分别为0.951、0.932、和0.830。基于介电特性的草莓品质预测是可行的。In order to discuss the feasibility of strawberry quality prediction based on the dielectric property,dynamic variations of relative permittivity ε' under of 630.96,707.95,891.25 and 1000 kHz were measured and analyzed with parallel plate measuring instrument LCR.The variations of quality indicators such as respiration intensity,soluble solids and weightlessness rate during storage time were tested and analyzed.Regression equations of quality and ε' were established.The prediction models of respiration intensity,soluble solids and weightlessness rate were established by SVM method.The results showed that there was a strong correlation between ε' and strawberry quality under the four better test frequencies.The determination coefficient R^2 values of the SVM model for respiration intensity,soluble solids and weightlessness rate of strawberry were 0.943,0.924 and 0.807 separately,and R^2 values of the predicted model were 0.951,0.932,and 0.830 respectively.It is feasible to predict the quality of strawberry based on dielectric properties.
