摘  要:针对目前高速多次电火花线切割电极丝形位变化异常问题;通过建立多次电火花线切割电极丝的表面平均热流密度模型,对脉冲宽度、峰值电流和电极丝热流密度关系进行了分析,提出多次电火花线切割应采用窄脉冲宽度高峰值电流观点;在此基础上,通过建立多次电火花线切割切缝三维模型,对电极丝温度场和切缝流场进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,工作液切缝入口压力对电极丝横截面温度分布有显著影响;工作液在冲进切缝时速度衰减很快。研究结果对稳定多次电火花线切割电极丝形位具有一定指导意义。To solve the instability problem of multi-cutting wire electrode space position in High Speed Wire Electrical Discharge Machining ( HS-WEDM ) , firstly, the surface heat flow density model of wire electrode is established, the relationships among, and wire electrode heat flux density are discussed. A new view is proposed that it is very important to apply narrow pulse width and high current in multi-cutting. Based on these, the wire electrode temperature fields and gap fluid flow are studied by building a 3D kerr model. The results show that the kerr inlet pressure of working fluid have a significant impact on the temperature field distri- bution of wire electrode, and the velocity of working fluid decrease is very large at kerr inlet. The results have guiding significance for stabilizing multi-cutting wire electrode space position.
