摘 要:为求解车身耐撞框架结构非线性耐撞拓扑优化问题,提出了基于能量控制混合元胞自动机的拓扑优化方法。首先运用LS-DYNA显式有限元算法,以混合元胞自动机作为优化计算模型,根据比例局部控制规律确定设计变量中的局部改变,同时在拓扑结构中划分柔性区域和刚性区域并赋予其不同的设计尺寸和质量分数约束,增加能量控制约束及最优约束条件选取。然后通过单工况和多工况连续体拓扑优化说明该方法的可行性和准确性。最后,将方法用于汽车前保险横梁的设计,耐撞性能得到明显提高,说明该方法具有很好的工程实用价值。To solve the issue on topology optimization of crashworthy frame structures design of vehicle body, a crashworthy topolo- gy optimization method based on energy controlled behavior in Hybrid Cellular Automaton(HCA) was proposed. Applied LS-DY- NA explicit FEM, Hybrid Cellular Automaton (HCA) was taken as computational model and the local change in the design varia- ble was determined by local control rules. In topology domain two connected subdomains were defined:a flexible subdomain and a stiff subdomain with constraint of different design dimensions, mass fraction and energy controlled behavior. Then the topology op- timization on single load case and multiple load case were designed to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this approach. Finally, a bumper-like design was taken as an example and the crashworthy was proved to be increased, which promised a high engineer- ing practicability.
