摘  要:以溶液聚合法合成了非离子型淀粉接枝共聚物St-g-AM及阳离子型淀粉接枝共聚物St-g-AM-DMC,采用红外光谱对St-g-AM和St-g-AM-DMC进行了表征,将2种接枝共聚物作为絮凝剂应用于煤泥水絮凝沉降试验,考察了2种絮凝剂对不同粒度煤样的絮凝处理效果。试验结果表明,合成的2种絮凝剂在处理细粒高灰煤泥时絮凝效果比较突出,同时考察了在处理细粒煤泥时,絮凝剂用量、过滤时间、特性粘数、pH值、温度以及时间对透光率的影响。两者之中阳离子型St-g-AM-DMC的絮凝效果更优于非离子型St-g-AM,表现在pH值适用范围广、絮凝时间短以及透光率高。The nonionic polyacrylamide-grafted starch (St-g-AM) copolymer and cationic polyacrylamide-grafted starch (St- g-AM-DMC) copolymer were prepared through solution polymerization. The structure of the synthesized St-g-AM and St-g-AM- DMC were characterized by FT-IR. Application of St-g-AM and St-g-AM-DMC as flocculants was studied in coal slurry wastewater flocculation experiment and flocculation effect of two kinds synthesized flocculants in coal samples with different grain size were investigated. The results indicated that flocculation effect of these two synthesized flocculants for the fine coal slurry wastewater was significant. The effects of the additional dosage of flocculants, intrinsic viscosity number, temperature, and pH value on supernatant transmittance were investigated. In contrast with St-g-AM,St-g-AM-DMC was superior especially for fine coal slurry, occurring in wider utilization range of pH value, shorter flocculation time and higher transmittance.
