摘　　要：里德把《芒博琼博》撰写成一部后现代试验小说。他采用妙趣横生的笔触,解构西方文明,揭示了异质建构、历史人物、黑人魂与各类戏仿之间的内在关联。图形拼贴性、意识流淌性和学术严谨性促使了文本形式与异质建构的有机结合。里德以戏说的方式刻画了古埃及人物、古希腊人物和现代史人物,把"真实的历史"和"作家想象"相糅合。吉斯·格鲁的传播路径成为小说情节发展的基本脉络,展示了歌曲与舞蹈、艺术与巫术、神话与宗教、阶级与社会的相互关系;从历史受害者的角度提供了认知世界历史和神话传说的一个黑人版本。Mumbo Jumbo is written by Ishmael Reed as a postmodern experimental novel,whose structure bears a striking resemblance to an academic monograph. By his pen sparkling with wit,he deconstructs Western civilization,harshly criticizes American society,and reveals the internal correlation among unusual constructs,historical figures,the black soul and a wide diversity of parodies. The montage of pictures,the flowing of stream of consciousness and academic rigor facilitate the dynamic combination of literary text and unusual constructs. Reed parodies the ancient Egyptian figures,ancient Greek figures and modern historical figures,fusing the 'real history'with 'authorial imagination'.
