摘  要:软破复杂矿岩条件下,无底柱分段崩落法切割槽的施工相当困难,是导致矿山悬顶频繁、矿石回采率低的重要原因之一,针对这一难题进行了试验研究,现场试验结果表明:采用平行扇形中深孔一次成槽技术方案,能够大幅度提高软破复杂矿岩条件下的切割槽质量,可使年度成槽合格率由60%提升至80%(按进路条数计算),悬顶率下降20%(按进路条数计算),矿石回采率整体提升12%,且安全灵活。Under the conditions of soft broken complex ore, the construction of cutting groove using non-pillar sublevel caving method is extremely difficult, which is one of the significant reasons that lead to the frequent roof hanging and low ore recovery rate. Thus, the problem of the low qualified rate of the cutting groove in the soft broken ore was studied. The field test results showed that in the complex soft broken rock mass, the groove forming technical scheme with parallel and fan-shaped medium- length holes could greatly improve cutting quality. The annual slot qualification rate increased from 60% to 80% (according to the route number calculation), suspended top rate decreased by 20% (according to the route number calculation), and the recovery rate of ore improved by 12%. This method was safe and flexible with strong applicability, so it was worthy of reference for similar mines.
