摘 要:为研究反击式破碎机达到最佳破碎效果时的参数组合条件,通过建立其三维分析模型,借助EDEM离散元分析软件,创建矿石的黏结破碎模型,以黏结键破坏数目为反击式破碎机破碎效果的评价指标,对其转子转速、导板卸载点α、导板倾角β3种影响因素进行了仿真分析。正交试验和回归分析得到了对反击式破碎机破碎效果影响最大的试验方案及3种影响因素的主次顺序,一定程度上验证了离散元仿真软件的可靠性,为反击式破碎机优化设计提供了依据。The impact crusher is a kind of highly efficient crushing equipment based on impact crash principle. In order to obtain the parameter combination of optimal crushing effect, a 3D analysis model of impact crusher was established, and EDEM was used to establish the broken-particle bonding model. Taking the number of broken bonds as assessment index of impact crusher 's crushing effect, three parameters namely the rotor speed, guiding plate point a and the angel 13 of guiding plate were simula- ted separately. Through the analysis of orthogonal experiment and linear regression, the experiment scheme which had the most significant effect on the results and secondary sequence of three factors were obtained. The study validated the reliabilities of DEM simulation software in certain degree and offered the references for optimal design of impact crusher.
