摘 要:针对圣华煤矿1301复采面支架选型问题,采用FLAC3D中Extrusion模块建立液压支架-围岩耦合数值模型,并利用fish语言进行开挖分析。研究表明:综放复采面过平行空巷时,空巷与工作面间的煤柱会突然破坏失稳,导致工作面顶板超前断裂的产生并引起强度更大的提前来压,工作面中部液压支架立柱压应力峰值达到43.1 MPa。选用ZFY10200/25/42两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架可满足圣华煤矿1301工作面的支护要求。Aimed to the problem of support selection of No. 1301 repeated working face at Shenghua coal mine, the numerical model coupling hydraulic support and surrounding rock was established by Extrusion module in FLAC3D, and fish language was used for excavation analysis. The study showed that, during sub-level caving repeated face crossing abandoned roadway, coal pillars between abandoned roadway and working face damaged and failed suddenly, resulting in the advanced fracture of main roof and causing greater strength in roof weighting. In the middle of working face, the peak compressive stress of hydraulic support column reached to 43.1 MPa. Selecting the ZFY10200/25/42 hydraulic support could meet the support requirements of No. 1301 working face in Shenghua coal mine.
