摘  要:将溴化聚苯乙烯(BPS)和三氧化二锑(AO)作为协效阻燃剂,利用熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)阻燃复合材料,考察了其阻燃性能和力学性能。结果表明:复合阻燃剂BPS/Sb203添加量为10%就能达到垂直燃烧的V-0等级,氧指数达到25.4%,但会引起力学性能的大幅下降。为了改善力学性能,选取复合阻燃剂含量为10%的样品,添加质量分数分别为10%,20%,30%的GF进行增强,同时进行了力学性能测试,并通过DSC、SEM考察了试样的结晶行为及断面的微观形貌,结果表明:随着GF含量的增加,材料的力学性能得到了较大幅度的提高。Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) flame retardant composites were prepared by melt blending using brominated polystyrene (BPS) and antimony trioxide (AO) as flame retardant, their flame retardancy and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that flame retardant BPS/Sb2O3 exerted good flame retardant effect for PET, 10% of BPS/Sb2O3 content could achieve UL94 V-O rating of vertical burning test and oxygen index reached 25.4% , but would cause a massive loss of mechanical properties. Then the samples whose flame retardant content was 10% were selected to improve the mechanical properties by adding GF of different mass fractions( 10% ,20% ,30% ). Through DSC and SEM investigated the crystallization behavior and microstructure of the specimens, and mechanical properties were studied then. the results showed that with the increase of GF contents, the mechanical properties of composites appeared different degrees of increase.
