摘　　要：会员制是经过长期市场检验的行之有效的发展模式,它可以为公共图书馆专题信息服务解决经费问题,获取稳定用户,实现其社会价值。公共图书馆可以通过特色服务、用户宣传、会员系统、检查评估等手段推进专题信息服务。Membership system is an effective development mode through long term market test, it can solve the funds problem of public library special information services, obtain stable users and realize its social value. Public libraries can promote thematic information services by means of special services, user advocacy, membership system, inspection and evaluation.
