摘  要:针对山东省棉花种植的农艺要求,研制了一种可调滚筒式棉花覆膜装置。该装置由开沟圆盘、仿形压膜轮、覆土圆盘和覆土滚筒等部件组成。重点设计了仿形压膜轮装置,分析优化了开沟圆盘和覆土圆盘的结构参数。田间试验结果证明:该装置的适应能力强、调节方便,可与大型棉花播种机配套使用,覆膜效果稳定,膜边覆土厚度≥40mm,膜上覆土厚度≥30 mm,作业指标优于相关行业标准。According to agronomic requirements for cotton cultivation in Shandong province, a kind of adjustable roller cotton laminating device was designed and developed. The device mainly composed with trenching disc, profiling lamination wheel, soil covering disc, soil covering roller and so on. Design of copying lamination wheel was focused. Structure parameters of trenching disc and soil covering disc were analyzed and optimized. Field test results showed that roller cotton laminating device had adaptable ability and convenient adjustment. And it could be matched with large cotton sowing machine, effect of film mulc- hing was stable, thickness of soil covered with film was equal to or greater than 40 mm, thickness of overlying soil was equal to or greater than 30 mm, and its operation index was better than relevant industry standards.
