摘　　要：本文以大型金枪鱼平板速冻机为例，论述了大型低温平板速冻机库体的设计方法。并对此类平板速冻机的整体设计思路及加工方法做了详细的描述，对今后开发大型低温平板速冻机有借鉴和启发作用。Taking the large-sized tuna flat freezer as an example, the design of low temperature plate freezer insulation body is discussed. The overall design ideas and manufacturing methods of the freezer are analyzed in details. It will be helps for the design and development of large plate freezer in the future.
