摘　　要：介绍SE-东方炉粉煤气化技术工艺特点及其在扬子石化千吨级工业示范装置的运行情况。3个高灰熔点、高灰分煤种的气化运行结果表明,该气化炉不仅气化性能指标良好,且煤种适应性强,气化炉耐高温性能优良,尤其适用于高灰熔点煤的清洁高效气化。SE pulverized coal gasification process, its characteristics, and application in a pilot plant with capacity of 1 000 t/d in Yangzi company were described. Three kinds of coal with high ash fusion point and high ash content as feedstock were tested in the plant. It showed that this gasifier has not only good per- formance, but also good adaptability to wide range of coal, especially excellent high temperature resistance, and is particularly suitable to gasification of coal with high ash fusion point.
