摘　　要：分析建峰二化空气系统止逆阀从开车以来填料泄漏的原因,介绍填料泄漏产生的危害及监控情况。通过加工新的填料函、增设空气冷却装置、加强现场管理、定期巡检等措施后取得了比较满意的效果。Packing leakage happened there in the check valve in an air system since its commissioning. This paper described the hazards of packing leakage, and how to monitor the leakage. The problem was solved by adding a new packing gland, installing new air coolers, and strengthening local management and round su- pervision in certain time.
