摘　　要：党的十八届六中全会强调,各级党委应当支持和保证同级人大、政府、监察机关、司法机关等对国家机关及公职人员依法进行监督。在新的形势下,高校行政监察机构如何才能更好履行监督职责?本文基于实地访谈和问卷调查,分析了高校行政监察工作现状,在此基础上提出了改进加强高校行政监察工作的对策建议。The report on the 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee stressed that Party com- mittees at all levels should support and ensure supervision over the government organs and civil servants in accord- ance with the law by the people＇s congress, by the government, supervisory authorities, and judicial branches at the corresponding level. How should the administrative supervision institutions in colleges and universities effective- ly perform their supervisory duties under new conditions7 This paper, based on the field interviews and question- naires, analyzes the current administrative supervision work in higher education institutions, and offers some coun- termeasures and suggestions for improving and strengthening this work.
