荷兰高校学生培养及其质量保证体系述评

摘　　要：17世纪以来,随着荷兰政治经济的崛起,其大学获得了长足发展,逐渐迈入高等教育强国之列。立足于基本国情,荷兰通过对教育资源进行优化配置,采取高等教育入学鼓励政策,发展本科、硕士教学和博士科研,建立特色鲜明的荷兰高等教育质量保证体系等举措,促进荷兰高等教育普及化和民主化,保证其高等教育质量。荷兰高等教育经验可以为我国高等教育的改革发展提供参考与借鉴。Since the political economy in Netherlands rose sharply in 17th century, its university system has made great progress, and has gradually entered the status of great-power in higher education. Based on fundamental realities of the country, the Netherlands implements opti- mized policies in maximizing the allocation of educational resources, policies in encouraging higher education enrollment, and developing advanced pedagogy for undergraduates and post- graduates. Additionally, it advances doctoral students~ research training, establishes a quality assurance system of Dutch higher education with characteristics to popularize and democratize Dutch higher education, and to fully guarantee the quality of higher education. By studying the experience of higher education in the Netherlands we can provide reference for the reform and development of Chinese higher education.
