基于矿业特色的工业工程专业教学与科研协同发展

摘　　要：结合中国矿业大学工业工程江苏省特色专业建设的经验,阐述教学与科研的相辅相成关系。并通过分析矿业类高校工业工程基于矿业的科研优势、工业工程与矿业科研相融合的重要性和矿业科学研究的特殊性,提出矿业类高校工业工程专业特色科研方向。最后,在分析矿业类高校工业工程专业教学与科研之间的不协调问题基础上,提出矿业类高校工业工程教学与科研协同发展的改革方法和措施,以期对矿业类高校建设矿业特色工业工程专业具有一定的参考价值。Based on the experience of Industrial Engineering in China University of Mining and Technology in the construction of Jiangsu province characteristic discipline, this paper ex- pounds the complementary relationship between teaching and scientific research. Then, the sci- entific research direction of industrial engineering in mining universities is put forward by the a- nalysis of the scientific research advantage of industrial engineering based on mining industry in mining universities, the importance of the synergy of industry engineering and scientific re- search in mining industry, and the specificity of mining scientific research. At last, the authors elaborate the incompatibility between teaching and scientific research in industry engineering in mining universities, and raise some reform methods and measures on the synergetic develop- ment between teaching and scientific research in the industry engineering of mining universi- ties. This research provides a reference for the construction of industry engineering with the feature of mining industry in mining universities.
