摘 要:为探讨选择性激光熔化成形工艺参数对TC4合金激光熔化成形的影响,采用自制金属粉末成形机,在不同激光工艺参数下制样,测量硬度与致密度,分析试样的成形质量,利用扫描电子显微镜分析组织与物相变化。结果表明:TC4合金SLM成形质量与激光能量密度不呈线性关系;随着激光能量的增加,成形质量、材料显微硬度、致密度先增加后下降;粉末经激光熔化成形后,出现粗大的β相。This paper is directed at exploring the effect of parameters behind selective laser melting process on the laser melting of TC4 alloy. The exploration consists of using the self-made metal powder forming machine which produces samples under different laser process parameters; analyzing the forming quality by measuring hardness and density; and analyzing the tissue and phase changes by scanning electron microscopy. The results demonstrate that there is no linear relation between the forming quality of TC4 alloy SLM and the laser energy density; along with an increase in laser energy come an initial increase and subsequent decrease in the forming quality,and the microhardness and hardness of the material; the selective laser melting of the powder is followed by the occurrence of the coarse β phase.
