摘　　要：目的 分析GeneXpert MTB/RIF检测技术对肺结核患者检查周期的影响.方法 选取2014年8月至2016年4月在云南省玉溪市元江哈尼族彝族傣族自治县疾病预防控制中心结核病防治科确诊的222例肺结核患者作为研究对象,收集其临床资料.计算研究对象的检查周期[中位数（四分位数间距）,M（Q1～Q3）].结果 研究对象中,114例进行GeneXpert MTB/RIF检测者,检查周期为1.53 d（0.14～4.16 d）;108例未进行GeneXpert MTB/RIF检测者,检查周期为2.19 d（0.68～7.40 d）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2.52,P＜0.05）.结论 GeneXpert MTB/RIF检测技术的应用,为患者缩短了检查周期.Objective To investigate the effect of GeneXpert MTB/RIF assay on detection period of tuberculosis patients. Methods Clinical data of 222 tuberculosis patients diagnosed in Yuanjiang County Center for Disease control and prevention from August 2014 to April 2016 were collected and the detection period （median （interquar- tile range）, M （Q1-Q3）） were calculated. Results The detection period of 114 patients detected by GeneXpert MTB/RIF assay was 1.53 d （0. 14-4. 16 d）, and that of 108 patients without OeneXpert MTB/RIF assay was 2.19 d （0.68-7.40 d）, the difference was statistically significant （t=2.52, P〈0.05）. Conclusion GeneXpert MTB/RIF assay could shorten the detection period of tuberculosis patients.
