摘  要:研究了水泥水化产物中钙矾石(AFt)对水泥强度、乳化沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度的影响,使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析水化产物的物相和微观形貌。结果表明:随着石膏掺量的增加,水泥熟料强度和混合料马歇尔稳定度呈倒V型变化,石膏掺量3%(以SO_3为标准)时性能最好;添加石膏后水泥熟料水化产物中出现AFt,而且随着石膏用量的增加,水泥熟料的水化产物中出现更多AFt和Ca(OH)2,适当含量AFt穿插在水化产物中促使其内部结构更加密实,有助于强度提高。In this paper the effect of ettringite (AFt) of cement hydration product on the strength of cement and Marshall stability of emulsified asphalt mixtures are studied. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) are used to analyze phases and microstructure of the hydration products. The results indicate that the strength of cement clinker and the Marshall stability of mixtures show inverted V-shaped trend as the amount of gypsum contents increases. And there exists a best performance when the percentage of gypsum is 3% (with SOa as the standard). It exists AFt in hydration products of cement clinker after adding gypsum; and the amount of Ca(OH)2 and AFt are gradually increase with the percentage increase of gypsum. The proper AFt intersperses in the hydration products and makes the internal structure more dense, which is helpful to improve strength of the mixtures.
