摘　　要：近年来,各地少数民族流动人口服务管理工作取得了一定的成效,但也存在着一些较为突出的共性问题,彰显了当前各城市该项工作实践面临的困境。结合包括广州、沈阳、青岛在内的部分"少数民族流动人口服务管理示范城市"的有效经验,未来完善此项工作的路径探索可集中于工作理念创新、主体创新、体制机制创新、服务管理内容创新和方法手段创新等方面。In recent years, the service management work for floating urban minorities has achieved certain success, but there are also some outstanding common problems. It highlights the difficulties faced by the current city in the practice of the work. Combined with the effective experience of some demonstration cities including Guangzhou, Shenyang, Qingdao, the path to improve the work in the future can be focused on the concept of work innovation, the main innovation, institutional innovation, service management content innovation and methods and means of innovation and other aspects.
