品管圈活动在提高老年患者家庭用药依从性中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在提高老年患者家庭用药依从性中的应用效果。方法 2015年1月,采用便利抽样选择沈阳军区总医院延安里卫生所30例家庭用药老年患者为研究对象,组建QCC,确定要解决的问题,把握现况,查找老年患者用药依从性低的原因,采用头脑风暴的形式找出解决问题的方法,分析成果,进行讨论。结果QCC实施后,老年患者家庭用药依从性提高的幅度符合所设目标值,护士的解决问题能力、品管手法、沟通协调能力、工作积极性、责任心及团队凝聚力较实施前均有提高。讨论应用QCC活动提高老年患者家庭用药依从性效果良好,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control circle （QCC） in improving the medication adherence of elderly at home.Methods By convenience sampling,30 cases were selected. QCC group was established, determine the problem to be solved, grasp the present situation,and the causation of the low elderly medication adherence was found, in the form of brainstorming to find out the method to solve the problem.Results After the implementation of QCC,the improvement of elderly in-house medication adherence was in accordance with the set target.The nurse＇s ability to solve the problem,quality management technique, communication and coordination ability, work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility and team cohesion were increased.Conclusions The application of QCC activities has great effect on the elderly family medication compliance, which is worth for clinical promotion.
