摘　　要：宗海图是海域使用申请不可或缺的附件,目前多是基于AutoCAD技术制作,然而实际使用中宗海图要素如点注记、图例生成及图廓整饰等利用AutoCAD绘制时需不断的复制、粘贴及人工命令输入等操作,使得成图效率一般甚至低下。因此,如何能高效、规范的制作宗海图值得探究。ArcGIS具有强大的制图功能,这是目前宗海图制图工作研究的重点也是未来的发展远景方向,但关于ArcGIS技术在宗海图编绘中的研究报道甚少。鉴于此,文章以山东烟台沿岸某建设项目为例,从宗海界址点绘制、宗海范围绘制、图廓整饰、图例可视化及相关表格绘制等方面,探讨并总结了ArcGIS环境下绘制宗海图的技巧与方法。和传统的AutoCAD宗海图制图技术相比,基于ArcGIS平台制作宗海图更准确、更快捷,以期为更多的制图用户掌握ArcGIS环境下宗海图绘制方法、技巧,进一步提升ArcGIS技术宗海图制作的业务化应用及技术研究工作水平。Sea chart is an integral part of the accessories in the application for sea area use. At present , sea chart compilation is mostly based on the AutoCAD platform, but in the actual process of using AutoCAD, it takes too much time to label point, generate figure legends and decorate map border. How to quickly and easily compile standard sea chart is a problem worthy of study when working. Although the software of ArcGIS has powerful drawing function, there are not sufficient researches on the methods of sea chart compilation under ArcGIS environment. Taking the marine development activities along the coast of ~antai, Shandong Province for example, this paper discusses and summarizes the compiling techniques and approaches in terms of point rendering, scope drawing, map border processing. Compared with traditional AutoCAD techniques, sea chart compilation based on ArcGIS is more accurate and faster. It is earnestly hoped that increasing number of users can master the compiling methods and techniques, using ArcGIS drawing techniques. further improving the application work and research level
