摘　　要：目的 探讨综合治疗在肝胆外科术后胃肠功能恢复中的价值。方法 选取2015年7月-2016年9月在我院肝胆外科住院并接受手术的100例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组术后仅采用常规治疗;实验组术后在常规治疗基础上加用厚朴排气合剂、行气通便贴、足三里注射维生素B1以及肛门纳入开塞露。观察两组患者术后腹痛、恶心、呕吐的发生情况,记录两组患者肠鸣音恢复正常时间、肛门首次排气时间及首次排便时间。结果 实验组患者术后腹痛、恶心、呕吐的发生率均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、肛门首次排气时间及首次排便时间均早于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合治疗能促进肝胆外科术后胃肠功能恢复,具有重要的临床实用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of comprehensive therapy in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatobiliary surgery from July 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. In the control group, only routine treatment was used after operation. While in the experimental group, the patients were treated with Mangnolia officinalis exhaust mixtures, Laxative sticking plaster, injection of vitamin B1 at Zusanli acupoint and intraannus injection of glycerine enema. The incidence of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting in the two groups was observed. And the recovery time of bowel sounds, the first air bleed time and the first defecation time were recorded. Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first air bleed time and the first defecation time in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can promote gastrointestinal function recovery alter hepatobiliary surgery and has important clinical value.
