美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 对冠心病心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床疗效进行评价。方法 本研究纳入的60例冠心病心力衰竭患者均为2015年12月-2016年4月来我院住院治疗的患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组（常规治疗联合美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗）和对照组（常规治疗）,每组各30例,治疗3个月后对比分析两组的临床总有效率及心功能各项指标。结果 两组治疗后的临床总有效率分别为93.3%、70.0%,两组患者的临床疗效组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗3个月后观察组患者的LVEF数据显著提高,LVEDD、LVESD数据显著降低,两组患者治疗后上述指标组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者治疗3个月后的LVEF水平显著高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD水平显著低于对照组。结论 对冠心病心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗可以显著提高临床疗效,并改善患者的心功能,缓解临床症状,值得推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were included in the study from December 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital, according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group（routine treatment combinedwith metoprolol combined with trimetazidine） and control group （routine treatment）, 30 cases in each group, after 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficiency indicators and cardiac function were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 93.3% and 70.0%, respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After 3 months of treatment,the LVEDD, LVESD data in the observation group were significantly reduced increased significantly, the LVEF in the observation group were significantly increased, there were significant differences between two groups of patients after treatment（P〈0.05）. The patients in the observation group after treatment 3 months, the level of LVEF was significantly higher than the control group, LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, and improve cardiac function, relieve symptoms, worthy of promotion and application.
