摘　　要：目的:探讨食管电生理检查在鉴别宽QRS波心动过速中的应用价值.方法:选取内蒙古兴安盟人民医院2014-01/2015-12收治的35例宽QRS波心动过速患者,对患者行体表心电图、食管电生理检查,并与心内电生理检查结果比较,评价食管电生理检查对宽QRS波心动过速的诊断价值.结果:以患者心内电生理检查结果作为诊断标准,食管电生理检查鉴别宽QRS波心动过速的准确性、敏感度及特异性等均明显优于体表心电图检查,且食管电生理检查的漏诊率与误诊率也明显低于体表心电图检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:宽QRS波心动过速采用食管电生理检查进行鉴别诊断,其诊断准确性高,误诊、漏诊率低,具有较高的临床应用价值.AIM： To investigate the application value of esophagus electrophysiological examination in differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia. METHODS： A total of 35 cases of patients with wide QRS tachycardia admitted into People＇s Hospital of Xing＇an League from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as objects of study, and they＇re given body surface ECG and esophagus electrophysiological examination, then the results of body surface ECG and esophagus electrophysiological examination were compared, and the value of esophagus electrophysiologica] examination in differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia was compared. RESULTS： The results of intracardiac electrophysiology can be known as diagnostic standard. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity of esophagus electrophysiological examina- tion in differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia were significantly superior to body surface ECG, and the misdiagnosed rate and the misdiagnosis rate were significantly lower than those of the body surface ECG, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Esophagus electrophysiological examination can be used as a method for diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia with high diagnostic accuracy, low probability of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, and higher clinical value.
