摘　　要：目的：探讨PDCA循环在持续改进医院中药饮片处方质量中的应用效果.方法：通过计划、实施、检查、效果确认及下一步计划、讨论等几个阶段对陕西省西安市第九医院2016-01/2016-06中药饮片处方质量进行持续性监控及改进.结果：中药饮片处方合理率由2016年1~3月的98.83%到4~5月上升至99.13%.结论：PDCA循环管理方法在持续改进陕西省西安市第九医院中药饮片处方质量中应用效果良好.AIM： To study the application effect of Plan-docheck-action （PDCA） cycle management approach on continuously improving the quality of hospital prescription of Chinese herbal medicine. METHODS： Prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine were continuously monitored and improved by the following stages including plan, implementation, check, establishing, consolidated measures and summarization and further plan from January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital. RESULTS： Prescription qualified rate rose from 98.83% to 99.13%. CONCLUTION： The result of PDCA cycle management method in continuous improvement in the quality of hospital prescription of Chinese herbal medicine quality is proved well.
