摘  要:目的:测定蒙药参竹精片中总多糖的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以葡萄糖为对照品,苯酚-硫酸为显色剂,检测波长为487nm,测定样品溶液吸光度,计算总多糖的含量。结果:葡萄糖浓度在20.04~100.21μg·m L-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.1819 X-0.0507(r=0.9990,n=6),参竹精片中总多糖的平均含量为0.5314%,平均加样回收率为99.37%,RSD为0.92%。结论:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定蒙药参竹精片中总多糖含量的方法简单、准确、重现性好,适用于参竹精片中总多糖的含量测定。Objective: To determine total polysaccharides content of Shenzhujing Tablets. Methods: UV-vis spectrophotometry was used to determine content of total polysaccharide in Shenzhujing Tablets. The experiment was carried out with the glucose as comparison,phenol-sulfuric acid as developer. 487 nm as detection wavelength. The content of total polysaccharides was calculated by determining the absorbancy of sample solution. Results: The glucose shows a good linear relationship with absorbancy at range of 20. 04 ~ 100. 21μg. m L-1. The regression equation is Y = 1. 1819 X-0. 0507( r =0. 9990,n = 6). The content of total polysaccharides in Shenzhujing Tablets was 0. 5314%. The average sample recovery rate was 99. 37%( RSD = 0. 92%,n = 6). Conclusion: Phenol-sulfuric acid method was simple accurate,reproducible and suitable for content determination of total polysaccharides in Shenzhujing Tablets.
