摘　　要：新常态下的创新驱动发展战略将从微观到宏观改变整个经济社会系统,改变就业、增长、收入分配等的运行轨迹。梳理技术与就业关系的研究,在理论上可以深化对技术进步就业效应的认识,揭示二者之间的关系路径和结构效应,同时,也可以为"民工荒"与大学生就业难并存、"无就业增长"、收入分配差距等问题提供新的研究视角。Strategy of innovation - driven development under new normal state will change the complex economic system, including the employment, development and division of income, for example. Consequently, reviewing foreign documents related effect of technology progress is necessary, which aims at unceasingly deepening the understanding of the technology progress and employment. It also offers a new method to study the phenomenon of coincidence of ＂peasant -worker shortage＂ and ＂the college students＇ difficulty of getting jobs＂ ,jobless growth, and so on.
