摘  要:采用熔融退火法制备了Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)共掺复合银(Ag)纳米颗粒的铋锗酸盐玻璃,对玻璃样品进行物理性质、透射电镜(TEM)图像和光谱性能测试,分析了铋锗酸盐玻璃样品中Er^(3+)的上转换发光机理。研究表明:随着退火温度的增加,Ag纳米颗粒不断析出,绿光(527和548nm波长)和红光(661nm波长)发光强度都得到了较大增强,在420℃时,上转换发光强度分别为未掺杂AgCl时的4.45、5.97和4.22倍。其上转换发光增强的原因归结于Ag纳米颗粒表面等离子体共振(SPR)导致局域场电场增强和Ag^0→Er^(3+)的能量转移。The Era+/Yb3+ codoped bismuth germanate glasses containing Ag nanoparticles(NPs) were prepared by the conventional melting-quenching method. Physical properties, transmission electron mi- croscope (TEM) images, and luminescence spectra of the glasses are measured, and the upconversion (UC) mechanism of Era+/Yba+ codoped bismuth gerrnanate glass is also discussed. The experimental results show that as the annealing temperature increasing, the precipitation of Ag NPs in glass can en- hance the emission efficiency. With the increase of the armealin4g temperature,more intense green (527 nm,548 nm) and red (661 nm) UC emission bands are observed up to 4.45,5.97 and 4. 22 folds in the glass containing 1 wt% AgC1 annealed at 420 ℃ for 24 h,respectively. The enhancement of UC emis- sion is attributed to the local field enhancement induced by Ago surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and energy transfer from Ago to Trn3+ ions.
