摘  要:采用熔融法制备了锌铝锑磷酸盐(ZASP)玻璃荧光体,研究了其荧光色彩对激发波长的依赖性和Dy^(3+)掺杂的色彩调谐作用。短波紫外(UVC)和中波紫外(UVB)激发下,ZASP基质玻璃呈现Sb^(3+)的宽谱带发射,色彩位于蓝白光和蓝光区域。差异性光谱行为表明,玻璃中存在异质性的Sb^(3+)发光中心,导致玻璃荧光对激发波长产生依赖行为。Dy^(3+)引入ZASP玻璃后,产生归属于Dy^(3+)的约484和约574nm波长窄带发射,其在UVC和UVB激发下的发光有效性相当程度上归因于Sb^(3+)到Dy^(3+)的能量传递。Dy^(3+)的暖色成分使ZASP玻璃荧光总体上从蓝白区向白光区移动,同时也对荧光的激发波长依赖趋势产生显著影响,丰富了荧光发射色彩的多样性,为高质量荧光器件的研发提供了可能。Zinc aluminum antimony phosphate (ZASP) glass phosphors were prepared via the melt- quenching method and the dependence of fluorescence color on excitation wavelength is investigated. Un- der short-wave ultraviolet (UVC) and medium-wave ultraviolet (UVt3) excitation, ZASP host glasses present a broadband from Sb3+. Their fluorescent color coordinates are located in bluish-white or blue spectral regions. Different spectral behaviors indicate that discrepant Sb3+ emitting centers exist in the glass, which results in the dependence of glass fluorescence on excitation wavelength. When Dy3+ was introduced into ZASP glasses,-484 nm and -574 nm narrow bands can be observed. The effectiveness of excitation in UVC and UVB spectral regions is attributed to the energy transfer from Sb3+ to Dy3+ to a great extent. Warm fluorescent component from Dy3+ changes the fluorescence color of ZASP glas- ses from bluish-white to white spectral region,and Dya+ doping has a remarkable influence on the fluo- rescence dependency on excitation wavelength. Dy3+ doping enriches diversity of fluorescence color of ZASP glasses and provides probability for developing high-qualified fluorescent devices.
