企业家模糊承受力对公司绩效的影响

摘　　要：企业家对于公司的发展有着显著的推动作用,其模糊承受力是其在面对不确定性所表现出的承受能力,是整个创业过程中至关重要的能力。同时,风险倾向在创业机会发现和利用过程中的作用也引起了关注。本研究从模糊承受力的角度分析企业家对于公司绩效的作用,并探讨风险倾向在这个关系链条中的中介作用,得到了以下结论:(1)企业家模糊承受力对其风险倾向有显著的正向影响关系;(2)企业家风险倾向对公司绩效也有显著的正向影响关系;(3)企业家的风险倾向在模糊承受力和公司绩效之间起完全中介作用。这些结论对于企业家进行创业和企业的进一步发展都可以提供一定的借鉴。Entrepreneurs play an important role in the firm development. However, lots of researches focus on the role of risk propensity in the process of entrepreneurial opportunity discovery and exploitation. This paper analyzes the role of entrepreneurs on corporate performance from the perspective of tolerance of ambiguity, and raises the mediating role of risk propensity. The following conclusions are obtained. First, entrepreneurs＇ tolerance of ambiguity has a significantly positive effect on risk propensity. Second, risk propensity of entrepreneurs has a significantly positive effect on corporate performance. Third, risk propensity of entrepreneurs shows a complete mediating effect between entrepreneurs＇ tolerance of ambiguity and corporate performance. This research is meaningful to business management and especially to new ventures.
