摘　　要：为建立测定清血脂Ⅰ号胶囊中姜黄素含量的方法,采用高效液相色谱法,以胶囊中主要有效成分姜黄素为控制指标,进行含量测定方法学考察.采用药典推荐方法,可以快速地进行质量控制检查,该方法重复好,简便易行.可作为清血脂Ⅰ号胶囊药材的质量控制方法.A method for determining the content of curcumin in the capsule of Qingxuezhiyihao was established. HPLC method was used to determine the contents of curcumin as the main active ingredient in Qingxuezhiyihao capsule. According to the method of Pharmacopoeia,the quality control can be carried out quickly by HPLC. This method is repeatable and can be used for quality control of Qingxuezhiyihao capsule.
