摘 要:以四川省凉山彝族自治州昭觉县402例(男性197例,女性205例)彝族成年人为研究对象,以国际公认的腰围(WC)指标作为中心性肥胖的判断标准,对身体质量指数(BMI)、人体肥胖指数(BAI)、腰围身高比值(WHt R)预测中心性肥胖的效果进行比较研究.结果表明:彝族男性的身高和体质量高于女性(P<0.01),WC略高于女性(P>0.05);女性的WHt R和BAI高于男性(P<0.01),臀围(HC)和BMI略高于男性(P>0.05).线性回归分析表明:彝族男性和女性群体中均是WHt R指数与WC的相关程度最大,其次是BMI指数,BAI指数与WC的相关程度最小.受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)结果显示,彝族男性和女性群体中均是WHt R的曲线面积最大,敏感度和特异度也高于另2个指数的数值.总的来看,在BMI、BAI和WHt R指数对彝族群体中心性肥胖的预测中,WHt R指数的预测效果最好,其次是BMI指数,BAI指数效果最差.With the internationally recognized waist circumference (WC) as the central obesity criteria, the effect of body mass index (BMI), body obesity index (BAI) and waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) on the prediction of central obesity were compared in 402 Yi nationality adults (male = 197, female = 205 ) in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, The re- suhs showed that the height and weight of the male were higher than those of the female (P〈0.01), and the WC was slightly higher than that of the female (P 〉 0.05 ) ; the WHtR and BAI of the Yi female were higher than those of male (P 〈 0.01 ), hip circmnferenee (HC) and BMI (P 〉 0.05 ) were slightly higher than those of male. The linear regression analysis showed that the correlation degree of WHtR index with WC was larger than those of BMI and BAI with WC both in the male and female of Yi, and the correlation degree of BAI index with WC was the smallest. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) showed that the area of WHtR curve was larger than those of BMI and BAI curves, and the values of sensitivity and specificity were also higher than those of the other two indexes. In general, WHtR index had the best effect predicting the central obesity of Yi among the three indexes, and the effect of BMI was better than that of BAI.
